30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@arenabox.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24-48 hours with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are damaged due to misuse or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
